Sub- zero temperature shivers Srinagar

Srinagar (Jammu & Kashmir), Dec 28 (ANI): The famous Dal Lake in Srinagar has partially frozen and houseboats have come to halt. The temperature will hit as low as -8 degree Celsius today, predicts IMD. On December 26, Srinagar witnessed coldest December night in three decades as temperature went down to -7.6 degree Celsius.
