New Delhi, Jan 4: Recently, comedian Kapil Sharma made his comeback on the small screen after a long gap with the second season of the popular family entertainment show ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’.

The first episode of the latest season of the show aired on December 29. And, it is of no surprise that Kapil Sharma managed to entertain his viewers with his evergreen one-liners and hilarious comedy along with his new team members. And, there have been small changes in the core team of Kapil’s show as well.

For the current season, you will get to see Bharti Singh and Krushna Abhishek joining the team of the show. And, Simmba’s starcast Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan along with director Rohit Shetty graced the first episode of the show. Meanwhile, not too much has changed in the current season except one thing.

According to some media reports, it is being said that unlike the first season, Kapil is being paid much less than what he was previously. The reports further claim that earlier Kapil used to charge nearly Rs 60-80 lakhs per episode. However now, Kapil is reportedly being paid only Rs. 15 lakh per episode. If reports are anything to go by, then even Bharti Singh and Krushna Abhishek are being paid about Rs 10 to 12 lakhs for each episode.
