Do not take these things with milk
Everyone knows that milk is very beneficial for our health. Elements like calcium, vitamin D and phosphorus are found in plenty of milk. Which are very beneficial for the health, but sometimes some people consume some of these things with milk, which can cause a lot of damage to their health.
1- Never eat anything with milk with milk. Always eat nothing after 1 hour or 1 hour after getting milk. Consumption of salt with milk can weaken your digestive power.
2- Do not consume milk in the empty stomach anytime. Eating empty stomach milk can cause damage to the digestive tract and there may be complications related to stomach with constipation.
3- If you eat fish, do not eat milk after eating fish. Drinking milk after eating fish can cause skin related problems.
4- Do not drink after drinking milk or sour things first. Doing so can cause a lot of damage to the health.
