These steps are for viewing storage usage

Go to Whatsapp settings, here you will see data and storage usage. Tap here. Here you will see a storage usage option in the list, tap on it. You will now see a list in front of you. At the top, there will be a chat that is consuming the most memory. By clicking on it you can see all the information, how many photos, how many texts, and the space of all categories will appear. At the bottom, you will see the option of management. It will get a clear option when taped. By selecting from here, you can delete the entire chat. Or you can remove photos, videos if you wish.

If you do not want to delete chats and files…

You can save these files on the computer. For this, the mobile phone must be connected to the computer. Go to the settings of your smartphone, enable the developer option and tap on USB debugging here. Now open the mobile phone storage on your computer. Here you will see a folder named WhatsApp. The folder will be in the media file. Copy and save it to your computer.

Now by opening it, you can recover Whatsapp Image, Whatsapp Audio, Whatsapp Documents, and Whatsapp Video.

Now you have two options. If chats are not important for you, then delete everything directly. If chats are important to you then you should back up these and then follow that step we have told you, by doing so you can save a lot of storage of your mobile.
